The GYQFXTY73 optical cable structure involves placing single-mode or multimode optical fibers into a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material, with the tube filled with waterproof compound. The loose tube is wrapped with water-blocking material to ensure longitudinal water resistance. After the loose tube is helically wrapped with FRP rods to form the cable core, an inner polyethylene sheath is extruded over the core. Finally, an FRP tape is longitudinally applied before extruding the outer polyethylene jacket to complete the cable.

2. The loose tube material itself exhibits high hydrolysis resistance and superior strength.

3. Filled with specialized thixotropic gel, providing critical protection to the fibers.

4. Good lateral crush resistance and flexibility.

5. A layer of helically wrapped FRP ensures tensile strength and provides effective protection to the loose tube.

6. Helically wrapped FRP and FRP tape armor provide excellent rodent resistance.

7. The polyethylene (PE) sheath offers excellent UV radiation resistance.

8. Small diameter, light weight, and easy installation.

9. All-dielectric cable design requires no grounding and is lightning strike resistant.
